Applications are now being accepted by the City of Vincennes for short term relief to businesses impacted because of COVID-19.
Vincennes was awarded a $250,000 grant through the Office of Community and Rural Affairs last month to assist businesses struggling to keep their doors open in the wake of the pandemic.
Cheryl Hacker, administrative assistant to Mayor Joe Yochum says Small Business Stabilization grants for businesses with 25 or fewer employees will be made in an effort to mitigate those losses.
She says grant amounts will range up to $10,000 based on the number of employees.
Applications forms are available online at www.vincennes.org. Applications will be accepted until June 5th.
