The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says heart disease kills 700-thousand people in the U.S. Each year.

It’s the leading cause of death in men and women, which is why this month is American Heart Month.

Good Samaritan Hospital is giving you an opportunity to learn your risk.

The hospital is offering heart health assessments online.

All you have to do is answer a brief set of questions then the information will be available to your healthcare provider.

Additionally, vascular screenings will be available at the Dayson Heart Center.

Three screenings can be bought together for 69 dollars or separately for 23 dollars each.
