The United Way will be offering their Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program from February 4th until February 16th. This is preparation and e-filling of your tax return as well as information on how to claim your earned income tax and credits. NEWTON VFW FISH FRY FUNDRAISER

The Newton VFW Post 7537 will be hosting a Fish Fry Fundraiser for the Newton Headstart Programs on Friday, February 24th from 4-8PM. There will be Dine in, carry-out as well as Curbside pickup options available. The adult plate will include fish, fries, baked beans and coleslaw. Children’s plates will also be available.
