A classic Christmas tale has been brought back to the stage of Old Town Players.

Over the course of the next two weekends, A Christmas Story will be put on by local performers.

Adapted from the hit film, the stage play version is back at Old Town Players.

The Timeless Holiday tale is a simple look into the life of a family in 1950’s Indiana.

A major hit nine years ago, Old Town Players has now brought it back this christmas season due to popular demand.

The artistic director of the stage play, Steve Gray says there has been a lot of buzz surrounding the return of the play.

Tickets for the play are 15 dollars for adults, 12 for students & seniors, and five for children.

Gray says that it’s a good idea to show up early, because there is a chance that tickets might sell out due to popular demand.

The showtimes for this weekend’s plays are 7 pm on Friday and Saturday and 3 pm on Sunday.
