The effort continues to get a designated bus route in Vincennes.
The issue has been a priority of Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum as well as the Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program, or HELP as part of an initiative to improve public transportation.
Mayor Yochum encourages Vincennes residents to provide input into the plan by participating in an online survey.
Officials say answering the five questions on that survey will help the city of Vincennes and VanGo in the planning process of creating that designated route.
Residents are encouraged to share their input on the issue at a community meeting on Thursday.
It will be at 2pm at the Vincennes Fortnightly Club. Surveys will also be available there to fill out.
Light refreshments will be served.
