The festival starts at 10am, Saturday, Sunday and Monday culminating with the 3:04-pm eclipse on Monday April 8th.

Local residents should expect an influx of people coming to view the eclipse with many areas offering camping and parking areas.

Traffic delays will be likely in the days leading up to and especially the day of the eclipse.
