Red White and Blue Day happens Saturday at Chicago Park.
It’s a family friendly day with lots to see and do and proceeds raised will go to the Vincennes Parks and Rec Department.
Activities include three on three basketball tournaments, a nine and under baseball single elimination round robin tourney to be followed by a Home Run Derby.
The main event during the day will the raising of a huge American Flag to be on permanent display. That will be accompanied by a 21 gun salute all to honor some local veterans.
There is no gate fee and concessions will be available at the park.
Again all of the proceeds will be donated by the Vincennes Parks and Rec Department.
