A Knox County Circuit Court jury needed only a 30 minute lunch break to deliberate before returning a verdict on Wednesday.
The jury found 34 year old James Leewayne Cummings of Vincennes guilty of Class A Felony and Level 1 Felony charges of Child Molesting.
The crimes involved a girl who was between 6 and 9 years old between 2014 and 2017.
Prosecutor Dirk Carnahan thanked the jury, his staff and High Tech Crime Unit Investigator Jon Alexander who investigated the case when he was previously employed by the Vincennes City Police Department.
Sentencing for Cummings will be in June.
