Multiple people were reported injured in an early morning crash.
It happened at 6:34 am local time today on US 41 in Gibson County near the Patoka River Bridge.
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Department says a 2011 Equinox was traveling when a tire blew causing the driver to lose control.
The car crossed the median into southbound traffic and hit a 2004 GMC truck.
Several people were taken to area hospitals for treatment.
US 41 northbound traffic was diverted to Old 41 for a time during the preliminary investigation.
