Three Oaktown men are under arrest after being on the run for over a week.

On Wednesday,  an anonymous tip was received online that Dustin Biehl and Robert Biehl were at a Snapp Street residence in Oaktown.

They were said to be loading items in a truck.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says they had been searching for both was they had active warrants.

They refused to answer the door, so a search warrant was requested and while waiting on the search warrant Robert Dale Biehl came out of the residence and was placed under arrest for active Level 6 Felony warrant for Intimidation.

A second male, Preston Lee Clark, was seen coming out a rear door of the residence and was arrested on a Level 5 Burglary warrant.

Once the search warrant was received it was served on the residence and after a thorough search deputies located Dustin Kane Biehl in a back room of the residence hiding under the floor/ crawlspace area.

He was arrested on 4 Level 3 Felony warrants Burglary with injury to another, Possession of a handgun by a violent Felon, and Domestic Battery with a prior conviction.
