The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that 6th Street in Vincennes will reopen to traffic on Friday, May 23, as part of the ongoing road improvement project near Good Samaritan Hospital.
As the project moves into its next phase, Willow Street will close starting Tuesday, May 27. The closure will extend from 6th Street to just before 10th Street and is expected to last approximately three weeks, depending on weather and concrete conditions.
Hospital officials are informing the public that during this phase, access to Good Samaritan’s Main Entrance will be available via: 6th Street to Prairie Street and Willow Street to 10th Street to Prairie Street.
