A Disaster Loan Outreach Center is now open in Daviess County to help residents and businesses recover from storms and flooding that hit southern Indiana between June 28 and July 2, 2025.

The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering low-interest disaster loans to residents in Daviess and surrounding counties, including Knox, Pike, Martin, Dubois and Greene. The center is located at the Odon Community Center and will operate through July 31.

SBA customer service representatives will be available to help applicants with paperwork and answer questions. The loans cover physical property damage and economic injury caused by the storms.

Applications for physical damage must be submitted by September 16, 2025. Those seeking economic injury assistance have until April 20, 2026.

The Odon Community Center is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and closed Sundays. For more information, visit www.SBA.gov.
