Officials from Vincennes and its Sister City in France marked a milestone in their historic partnership Sunday night.
In conjunction with the French Student Exchange, Vincennes, France Mayor Charlotte Libert visited Vincennes, Indiana over the weekend to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the two cities becoming Sister Cities.
During a ceremony at Vincennes City Hall, Libert and Mayor Joe Yochum reaffirmed the Sister City friendship by signing a renewal document.
Following the signing, Mayor Yochum declared the visiting French students honorary citizens.
The students from France are staying with local host families this week.
