The Vincennes Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs are once again joining forces for the annual Wreaths Across America project.
The dealine to order is fast approaching.
Their goal is to place a wreath on every veteran’s grave in the Vincennes City Cemeteries — that’s about 3,500 in all. Each wreath costs seventeen dollars and can be purchased by individuals or businesses.
Order forms were included with recent Vincennes Water bills and are available at the Water Department office on Busseron Street. Orders can also be made online at wreathsacrossamerica.org.
The deadline to order is November 20th. Volunteers are also needed to help distribute wreaths on placement day, Saturday, December 13th.
