Firefighters in Sullivan were called out overnight for a structure fire on the north side of the town square.
The call came in around 1:30 a.m. for flames visible in the front window of an empty building that is connected to Tripp’s Chiropractic.
Fire crews were able to control the situation, with only minor damage reported. Smoke affected some of the upstairs apartments.
No injuries were reported.
The State Fire Marshal is expected to investigate later today to determine the cause.
Turman Fire and Thunderbird Fire assisted at the scene, along with the Sullivan County Ambulance and the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department.
