Rob McLin is now officially retired from Good Samaritan Hospital. His final day as president and CEO was Tuesday.
McLin spent 34 years with the hospital, including 15 years leading the organization. He joined Good Samaritan in 1992 as an internal auditor after working for the IRS, then moved into administration. He later served as chief financial officer before being named president and CEO in 2010.
During his tenure, the hospital expanded services, completed major building projects, adopted a system-wide electronic health record, added residency programs and emergency medical services, and earned multiple national quality designations. He also led the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Reflecting on his career, McLin it’s been an honor and privilege to serve and thanked the hospital’s board of governors for their foresight and leadership which he says helped drive positive change over the last decade.
