Details have been released on a late-night traffic stop in Bicknell that led to two arrests.
Knox County deputies say a pickup truck was stopped for an equipment violation near 11th and Miami Streets just before midnight Tuesday. The driver, 59-year-old Gary Padgett, was seen dropping a container of suspected methamphetamine while exiting the vehicle.
A search with a K-9 unit reportedly found more than 10 grams of methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana. Gary Padgett faces a level five felony charge, while passenger Vicki Padgett, 46, is charged with a level six felony. Both were booked into the Knox County Jail and remain in custody.
