A multi-agency criminal investigation that began in late 2024 has concluded following a fifteen-month effort involving state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies.

According to investigators, more than twenty search warrants were executed across Howard, Grant, Miami, and Fulton counties during the course of the investigation.

Authorities report the seizure of approximately 3,575 grams of methamphetamine, 4,470 counterfeit fentanyl pills, about 200 prescription pills, 120 grams of cocaine, 40 grams of heroin, 13 firearms, 11 bottles of prescription sucralfate, and more than $15,000 in U.S. currency.

Law enforcement officials say more than 65 individuals were arrested as a result of the investigation and now face a combined total of more than 200 criminal charges.

Agencies involved included the Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section, multiple regional drug task forces, local police departments, county sheriff’s offices, and federal partners, including the Drug Enforcement Administration and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Investigators say the operation focused on illegal narcotics, firearms, and currency connected to criminal activity in the region.
