The Downtown Vincennes Association has released a statement about a new business planning to move into the vacant Old Chicago’s Pizza building.
According to Downtown Vincennes Association Coordinator Ellen Harper, Prime Sports Plus plans to locate at 529 Main Street in downtown Vincennes.
Harper says the association recently spoke with the owner about his decision to open the business in Vincennes. According to Harper, the owner said the community has personal meaning to him and said he believes pride in the community is important.
According to the Downtown Vincennes Association, the business plans to offer dining along with entertainment features including arcade games, pool tables, and a sports bar area for guests 21 and older.
The association says the restaurant plans to operate with what it describes as a grease-less kitchen and a menu focused on value and portion size.
According to the Downtown Vincennes Association, the location is intended to combine dining and entertainment in one space.
No opening date was included in the statement.
