The Mayor of Bicknell has directed flags at city facilities to be flown at half-staff following the passing of City Councilman Tim Miller.
Miller had represented District 3 on the Bicknell City Council since 2020. He was known for applying his experience in information technology and emergency services to benefit the city, including assisting with the upgrade of city office phone systems and serving on the EMS Oversight Committee as the council’s representative.
Mayor Thomas Estabrook praised Miller for offering sound advice and helping shape the city’s growth through his professional and business expertise.
Flags will remain at half-staff until funeral services conclude. Graveside services are at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Bethel Church Cemetery on East State Road 58 in Edwardsport.
