Good Samaritan hospital is looking for volunteers to join its new Patient Family Advisory Council. This group is replacing a previous engagement council and is designed to give local residents a direct say in how the hospital operates.
Members will work alongside hospital staff to review current policies and suggest ways to improve medical safety and the overall experience for people receiving care. The goal is to make sure the hospital’s programs reflect the actual needs and experiences of the people who live in the area.
If you have used the hospital’s services recently and want to provide feedback on what worked and what could be better, you can find more information and the application form on the Good Samaritan website gshvin.org.
