A West Virginia man has been arrested in Gibson County on auto theft charges.
Dispatchers received a report Wednesday at 12:35 p.m. of a stolen vehicle from Harrison County, West Virginia, located at the Flying J Truck Stop near Haubstadt.
Officers responded and found a gray Hyundai Tucson at the scene.
Police say 27-year-old Joseph Fleming of Daniels, West Virginia, was in possession of the vehicle.
After an investigation, Deputy Quinten Might took Fleming into custody.
He was transported to the Gibson County Detention Center.
Fleming is charged with auto theft and driving while suspended prior.
