The Vincennes Farmers Market has received a $5,000 donation from Duke Energy to support operations and security improvements.
Duke Energy’s Kurt Phegley says the funding will be used to assist with the market’s day-to-day operations and to update its security system. He recently presented the check to Farmer’s Market Director Shirley Rose
The Vincennes Farmers Market operates on Saturdays in the morning and Wednesdays in the evening from May 23 through October 31.
